Dr Kracker: Flavors & Serving Suggestions

Dr Kracker Flavors:

Klassic 3 Seed: The Klassic 3 Seed emphasizes the natural goodness and the nutty flavor of flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. This seed mix is the classic topping for the crusty German breakfast rolls that Dr. Kracker was baked to replace.
Pumpkin Seed Cheddar: The Pumpkin Seed Cheddar combines an aged organic cheddar with the provocative flavor of pumpkin seeds. Together, they build a magic combination with a high “wow” factor.

Seeded Spelt: The Seeded Spelt is made from organic spelt flour milled to Dr. Kracker’s specifications and baked into a delicately crispy spelt cracker that emphasizes the rich, buttery flavor of sunflower seeds and the savory enjoyment of sesame seeds.

Seedlander: This is essentially the Seeduction recipe with whole grain spelt flour and agave nectar in place of honey so that it is totally OK for even the strictest vegans. Seedlander is 100% whole grain, millet crunchy and molasses sweet.

Sunflower Cheddar: Baked with 100 % whole grain spelt flour, this pairs the aged cheddar with the rich flavor of sunflower seeds.

The Dr. Kracker organically certified flatbreads and snackers are made from Whole Grains, have no Added Fats or Oils, hence no Hydrogenated Shortening and no Transfat. They are very crisp, crunchy, flavorful and loaded with fiber. They have a bold, wheaty flavor. Dr. Kracker is substantial food. As one Kracker fan says: “this is not a cracker, it’s a meal”.
